Phil Frankel has spent over 45 years as a successful attorney and educator in many legal matters. This experience has provided him with a true appreciation of  conveying a story by not just reciting words but rather the emotions behind them.

During his career Phil has repeatedly been told by clients, students and judges that his voice is persuasive, authoritative, and engaging while being warm and friendly.  Having just spent the last 1.5 years perfecting his voice acting with leading VO professionals, he is ready to share his voice talents with others.

With his background and experience, Phil focuses on technical training and corporate presentations, including legal and medical educational narrations. His confident and professional voice also provides a skillset for tutorial and documentary productions, phone systems, e-learning and internet videos.
